From there, we’ll create a bespoke plan tailored to your building. This will take into account access needs, building features, equipment requirements, and any logistical considerations.

Work starts

Once everything’s in place, our experienced team will carry out the work using the most appropriate access methods and equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency throughout the project.

Ongoing Monitoring

We carry out routine checks and monitor the work in progress to ensure it aligns with our quality standards. Any issues are swiftly addressed to maintain excellence throughout.

Report supplied

After the work is completed, you’ll receive a summary report detailing what’s been done, supported with photo or video evidence where applicable.

Continued support

If required, we offer follow-up services and periodic maintenance options to keep your building in great shape long-term.

Regardless of location or task, all work at height is done so under a a ‘safe system of work’;  planned and reviewed in accordance with current legislation and best working practices, which include:

  • The Work at Height Regulations 2005

  • The Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998

  • BS 7985:2009 – Code of Practice for the use of rope access methods for industrial purposes

  • Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA) – International Code of Practice.

 

All rope access operations will be undertaken by a minimum of 2 IRATA qualified technicians, with the team leader being IRATA level 3 level qualified.
